(v)             ND and HND Maths and Statistics
 
3.              FES
(i)             ND and HND Estate Management
(ii)             ND and HND Urban and Regional Planning
(iii)           ND and HND Architecture
(iv)           ND and HND Building Technology
(v)             ND and HND Quantity Surveying
(vi)           ND and HND Surveying and Geo-informatics
 
In addition, the college has introduced the following new academic programmes in the college.
 
i.                ND Insurance
ii.               ND Business Studies
 
In the area of technological advancement, the college has been an active participant in search of solutions to some of the country’s seemingly intractable problems through presentation of topical papers at seminars and conferences and through its part-time programmes for bankers, NITEL staff, PHCN staff and Town Planners etc.
 
The institution is really moving fast ahead of others despite its tender age, the catalogue of the achievement is a force to reckon with in the promotion of technology and production of technical manpower in Nigeria today.
